Initial consultation

Our journey begins with a conversation. Share your travel aspirations and interests with us. I’ll get to know you to ensure every aspect of your itinerary aligns with your desires.

Customized proposal

Based on our discussion, I will present you with a detailed proposal outlining the suggested itinerary, complete with accommodation options (if you need any), activities, and estimated costs you will face, including landmarks’ entrance tickets and rough prices of the restaurants we suggest. This is your chance to provide feedback and fine-tune the plan to perfection.

Fine-tuning and confirmation

I believe in collaboration. Work closely with me to make any necessary adjustments to your itinerary. Once you’re thrilled with the plan, I will confirm all reservations and provide you with a comprehensive travel package.

What do my personalized Rome trip-planning services include?

My Rome travel planning services include a well-crafted, customized itinerary with additional tips on where to eat and how to get around the city.

My itineraries can be for one or more days and I will also include this information:

• Tour recommendations. If you wish to join some guided tours, I will give you the recommendations you need about the best in towns, whether you prefer group, private, or semi-private tours.

• Day trips. Should you wish to take a break from the hustle and bustle and discover the region around Rome, I can suggest great day trips.

And when in Rome? I won’t abandon you!

Payment

The prices of our tailored Rome itineraries vary depending on how many days and how many landmarks/places you would like to see.

Here is a rough breakdown that will be confirmed during the consultation. By clicking on the red button, you will be redirected to Calendly to complete the booking.

Cancellation and refund

Payment is to be made upfront. No refund is accepted, but I’m open to working on your itinerary until you are happy with it.

Timing

Depending on the length of the itinerary, I will need 7 to 10 days to prepare it.
